It's a funky, savory fermented pepper punch, with the bright zing of Cayenne and less sugar than the grocery store brands. No plastic, no preservatives, no food coloring, just amazing sauce intended for daily use. Since we ferment Fresno and Cayenne for it instead of the usual Red Jalapeño, try mixing some with melted butter for a deliciously unique Buffalo sauce.
